RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aurr Beverages LLP, we take quality, safety, and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to all purchases made on www.youraurr.com.
Due to the nature of our products (nutraceuticals and ingestible items), returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of damage or defect (clear photos or videos) must be provided
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Consumable / ingestible products once opened
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards or promotional items
This is in line with consumer safety regulations applicable to food and nutraceutical products.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Requests sent without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval
5. RETURN APPROVAL & PICKUP
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
We will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
6. REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
You will be notified about approval or rejection of the refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via:
Bank transfer, orΒ UPI (details will be requested from the customer)
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the replacement product.
9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged:
Do not accept delivery, or report the issue immediately within 7 days of delivery
Failure to report within this time frame may result in rejection of the claim.
10. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
