1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India only.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days

Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Please note:

COD availability may vary based on location.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating with the courier partner if required.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If:

The order is undelivered due to incorrect address,

Customer unavailability, or

Refusal to accept delivery,

The shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

Re-shipping charges may apply, or

Refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears:

Damaged

Opened

Tampered with

Please:

Refuse delivery if visibly damaged, or

Record an unboxing video and notify us within 7 days of delivery

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
